To use it, you’ll need to set up an iCloud account and enable iCloud Photo Library on both iPhones. To do this, open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap on your Apple ID. Then, tap iCloud and select Photos. Then, turn on iCloud Photo Library. Once iCloud Photo Library is enabled, all photos and videos from both iPhones will be uploaded to the cloud and accessible from both devices.
